Gross Weighing Systems

Concetti's gross weighing scale Bulk Bag fillers are designed for low and medium capacity applications and can handle different types of FIBCs’ formats - up to 2000 mm in height. These are very versatile units adaptable to different production needs both from the point of view of the type of product and in terms of quantity, filling methods and size of the big bags.

The gross weighing system can be used with powdery or granular products. Productivity reaches 30 bulk bags per hour.

The big bag is weighed through load cells that offer extreme precision and reliability. The system can be completed with:

• roller conveyor
• belt conveyor
• automatic dispensing of empty pallets

With Concetti systems it is possible to process big bags with different loading options, including:

• Infeed spout
• Total bottom opening
• Filling valve

and with different types of lifting loops (single loop or multi loop types). These systems are suitable not only for filling big bags, but also octabins (agri-bins or bulk boxes), proving to be flexible and adaptable to different needs.

The loading mouth of the big bag can be bound, sewn or welded with different levels of automation, according to the customer’s needs. Concetti creates highly customized solutions: the customer can choose a wide variety of options depending on the applications and budget.
