Continua Form Fill Seal
The FFS (Form Fill Seal) "Continua" machine is designed for aerated, fluidized, powdery and/or aggressive products.
The Concetti engineers have studied special technical solutions in terms of both mechanics and electronics, allowing the machine to achieve the high speeds that are required.
The operating phases and the changeover of the machine operating parameters are PLC-assisted and can be completed in a very short amount of time, without any operator intervention, thanks to the actuators mounted on the machine. The monobloc structure, equipped with inspection doors, makes the system perfectly safe for the operator.
