Technical Solution:

Concetti provided Freedom Packaging with a complete automated system, including two Continua FFS machines, an automatic high-level palletizer, and a rotating arm stretch wrapper. The Continua FFS machines utilize PE film, which is both durable and moisture-resistant, with an innovative overlapping double-seam design that ensures any excess air is vented efficiently after filling and sealing. This feature helps maintain the integrity of the product while preventing contamination. The system also includes advanced weighing technology with Concetti's double screw-fed net weighers, capable of adjusting feed rates for different products with variable speed drives, and an automated cleaning system that reduces changeover times. The automatic changeover feature enables rapid transitions between products with minimal manual intervention. The PLC-controlled system allows for quick adjustments to key parameters like bag weight, film dimensions, and sealing time, eliminating errors and reducing downtime. Additionally, the high-level palletizer and stretch wrapper work together to ensure smooth, automated packing and palletizing of up to 600 bags per hour, ensuring both efficiency and precision. This comprehensive system not only boosts productivity but also ensures that the packaging process remains clean, efficient, and highly flexible for different cement products.
